  Hands down best service for our insurance needs. We switched our home and four vehicles over to Mike. We were treated fairly, the price was at the best around from multiple quotes and our salesperson made sure our coverage was adequate and reviewed several options. This agent and his sales staff are very involved in the community and truly a joy to work with.

  Recently, my daughter and I were involved in a hit and run in Little Rock on the Interstate during evening rush hour. After we moved to safety and got the car off the freeway, my first move was to call Mike Watson. He immediately answered and told me what to do. The next day, I received calls from the claims department, and the ball was rolling. Within a few days, I had the "go-ahead" to schedule my repairs, and my car was fixed shortly after. The process was painless and quick, and the claims reps were all very helpful and understanding. Above all this though, Mike Watson knew I'd never had a claim. I didn't know what to do and was a train wreck of emotions. Watson assured me that he would take care of me and all would be fine. He did exactly that. Not only was he my insurance rep, but he was my friend. Always has been. He comes from good people, and I know I can count on him in a bind.

  My father-in-law lives in Cherokee Village AR and Mike and his team have been his insurance agents for years. I have never had the pleasure of dealing with them until dad became ill. From Wichita KS I telephoned and was immediately charmed by Tammy Moser, his right-hand 'man'! She is such a delight to work with and is so very patient and kind in dealing with someone who is attempting to take over her father's finances! She helped me get dad's affairs with his insurance policies, life, car, home, etc., set up to automatically be processed. She helped me understand what coverages he has, how to ensure nothing fell through the crack during this process, and called me a time or two to advised ways of lessening dad's expenses while maintaining good coverage. She is a remarkable young woman, and these comments only touch the surface of what she can accomplish in this office! Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting both Tammy and Mike when I visited their office. Dad has issues with his roof which he has attempted to fix with snake charms and a little bit of glue! Didn't work. When I explained all to Mike, he immediately advised me of the process to file a claim, told me he wasn't sure whether dad had coverage on such an old roof, but that we would fill out the paperwork and determine one way or another. He did not attempt to mislead me in any way as to what might happen, just informed me of the process and that he would see what could be done once all the paperwork was submitted. We are now in that process, and I know at anytime I have a question or need further advice, I just need to pick up the phone. This group is always willing to help, and the smiles on their faces as they talk with clients can be SEEN over the phone!!! As I stated, I have only recently met this group of professionals, but I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office to ANYONE who may be in need of a highly knowledgeable, professional and ethical insurance agency with warm and friendly staff members to service their insurance needs. Thanks to all of you for being such huge help to me and my dad!!!
